Types of Reports
Brand Performance Report
What's Included
The Brand Performance Report is BuzzView's flagship analysis document. It synthesizes your project data into a structured narrative that covers:
- Executive summary with key findings
- Visibility score breakdown and trend analysis
- Competitive positioning and Share of Voice
- Citation analysis and source quality
- Topic and category coverage
- Sentiment overview across platforms
- Strategic recommendations for improving visibility
Generation Time
Reports are generated by AI and typically take 1–3 minutes to produce. You'll be notified when the report is ready. Reports are saved to your project and can be regenerated at any time with updated data.
Custom Reports
Custom Reports let you build a tailored document from a library of available sections. Choose which metrics to include, how to frame the narrative, and what recommendations to focus on.
This format is especially useful for client-ready deliverables, executive presentations, or stakeholder updates that require a specific structure or angle — rather than the full-scope Brand Performance Report.
Sharing Reports
Download and Share Links
Generated reports can be downloaded or shared via a private link. Share links can be sent to stakeholders who don't have a BuzzView account — they can view the report without logging in.
Reports are point-in-time snapshots. They reflect the data at the moment of generation. To share updated results, generate a new report from the latest analysis run.
Exporting Report Data
Reports can be downloaded as formatted documents for offline use or sharing. The raw data underlying any report — prompt results, citation lists, metric breakdowns — can also be exported as CSV or XLSX via the Exports feature for use in spreadsheets or BI tools.
