Credits & Plans

BuzzView uses a credit system to price usage. Here's how credits work and what each action costs.

How Credits Work

Credits are BuzzView's usage currency. You spend credits when you run analyses, generate reports, and use other compute-intensive features. Your plan determines how many credits you receive each billing period, and you can purchase additional credits at any time if you need more.

Credits are consumed only when an action completes successfully. You'll always see a cost preview before confirming any action that uses credits.

Credit Costs

Project Analysis
Credits are charged per prompt × number of AI platforms selected. Analyzing 50 prompts across 3 platforms costs 3× the per-prompt rate.
Brand Performance Report
A fixed credit cost per report generated. Cost reflects the depth of AI analysis involved.
Custom Report
A lower fixed credit cost than Brand Performance Reports, scaled to the sections selected.
Brand Variations
A small credit cost per brand name variation set generated — used to improve mention detection accuracy.

Plans

Subscription Tiers

BuzzView offers several subscription tiers to match different usage levels. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance and unlocks a specific set of features. Higher tiers provide:

  • Higher monthly credit allowances
  • More concurrent active projects
  • Access to advanced report types and custom report templates
  • Priority support and faster response times

Visit the Pricing page for a full breakdown of what's included in each plan.

Checking Your Balance

Your current credit balance is always visible in the dashboard header. Click or hover over the balance to see a breakdown of credits used in the current billing period versus your plan allowance.

You can also view detailed credit usage history in the Billing section of your account settings.

Purchasing Additional Credits

If you run low on credits mid-period, you can purchase credit top-ups from the Billing page without changing your plan. Top-up credits don't expire and roll over alongside your plan credits into the next billing period.

You'll see a credit cost preview before any action that uses credits — analyses, reports, and other compute tasks. No credits are charged until you confirm the action.

Billing & Invoices

Subscription Billing

Subscription charges renew automatically on your billing date each month. Invoices are available in the Billing section of your account settings and are also sent by email after each charge.

To change your plan, upgrade or downgrade from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next renewal date.
