Generate AI-optimized content briefs and full articles for any URL and query combination. The Optimizer helps you create content that improves your brand's visibility in AI search responses.

What is the Optimizer?

The Optimizer is BuzzView's AI-powered content generation tool. You select a URL and a query (or set of queries), and the Optimizer analyses how AI platforms currently respond to those queries, then generates a content brief — or a complete article — designed to improve your brand's presence in future AI responses.

Optimization jobs are created from the Prompts, Coverage, and Your Content tabs. Each job targets a specific URL and query pair.

How to Create an Optimizer Job

    Find a URL or query to optimize
    Go to the Prompts, Coverage, or Your Content tab. Look for URLs or queries where your brand is underperforming or not mentioned.

    Send to Optimizer
    Select the row and click "Send to Optimizer" (or the Optimizer icon). Choose whether you want a Brief only or Brief + Content.

    Confirm the job
    A dialog will show the credit cost and the URL/query combination. Confirm to queue the job.

    Wait for the job to complete
    Jobs typically complete in a few minutes. You will see a status update in the Optimizer tab.

    View or export the output
    Click the completed job to read the generated brief or content, or export it as a Markdown file.

Output Types

Brief
A structured content brief covering the recommended topics, headings, entities, questions to address, and competitor gaps to close. Costs 25 credits.
Brief + Content
Everything in the Brief, plus a complete AI-generated draft article optimized for the target query and AI visibility. Costs 50 credits.
Credit Costs
Generating a Brief costs 25 credits. Generating a Brief + full article costs 50 credits. Credits are deducted when you confirm the job, not when it completes. If a job fails, credits are refunded.

Understanding the Output

The Brief

The Brief includes:

  • A recommended content structure with headings and sub-topics
  • Key entities and concepts to include to match AI citation patterns
  • Questions to answer based on what AI platforms ask about your topic
  • Competitor content gaps — what competitors cover that you currently don't
  • Recommended tone and depth based on how AI platforms evaluate responses

The Full Article

When you select Brief + Content, the Optimizer generates a complete draft article following the brief's structure. The article is designed to be published or edited further, not used verbatim. It is written to align with the citation patterns and coverage factors that AI platforms prioritize.

Exporting Optimizer Results

Completed optimizer jobs can be exported as Markdown files. Use the Export button on the job detail page or in the Optimizer list. You can also bulk-export all completed jobs from the Exports page.

Optimizer Job Statuses

Pending
The job is queued and waiting to start.
Processing
The job is actively generating content.
Completed
The job finished successfully. You can now view or export the output.
Failed
The job encountered an error. Credits are refunded for failed jobs.
Start with a Brief before ordering full content. The brief gives you a clear sense of what direction the AI recommends — you can then decide whether to write the content yourself, pass the brief to a writer, or use the AI-generated draft as a starting point.
